Each day should consist of a routine that is all about proper hygiene and health. One of the big parts of this routine should focus on your skin care. Why anyone would not take care of their skin is a mystery, but if the only problem is the lack of knowledge they should read the advice given here. When doing the laundry, use a fabric softener to improve the quality of your clothing. The softer your clothes are, the better chance that they will react properly when coming in contact with your skin. This is a great option if you live in a state that has dry air. Use only your hands to wash your face. Abrasive washcloths and scrubs are too rough and irritating. Scrubbing too much or too hard can cause skin redness and irritation. Be sure your hands are clean to avoid the transfer of bacteria to your face. Suds up your cleanser to activate the ingredients and make it more effective when applied.
If your skin and scalp are prone to being oily, try witch hazel to prevent slick and greasy hair. Simply take a cotton ball or pad and dampen with witch hazel. You can use this along your hairline and part to eliminate grease. You can also use diluted witch hazel to calm oily skin. Boost your skin care with fruits. Research has shown repeatedly that fruits are nature's miracle cure for acne. Different fruits provide you with different vitamins. Therefore, a cocktail of fruit is your best option to getting rid of greasy skin. Next time you are in the grocery store, take a trip down the fruit isle and get a random selection of sweet treats. With the above information, there is no longer an excuse not to keep your skin in the best condition possible. It doesn't require mass amounts of time or work on your behalf and the results are always worth what you put in. Do not wait until tomorrow to start taking care of your body when damage is being done today.
